Our dealership’s rating is based on information collected from our customer satisfaction surveys conducted by MINI USA for new car sales and service transactions over the last 90 days, by an independent, third-party company. Neither MINI USA nor any MINI Dealers can alter the ratings or comments.

4.5"My new Mini Coupe was delivered to the dealership, but the original sales rep I dealt with was no longer with the company. So I figured that I would get less quality service due to no other rep being familiar with my paperwork, but I was proven wrong. Todd stepped in and provided great customer service. When I called to schedule the appointment it was fast and simple, and when I called to reschedule still quick and easy. After taking the car in I was informed that it would have to stay overnight and then I was offered a courtesy vehicle with no problem. When my car was ready, it was also washed and spiffed up inside. They also did a diagnostic on it, for which they didn't charge. Noticed that the Coop is peppier since then.
