When I called to schedule the appointment it was fast and simple, and when I called to reschedule still quick and easy. After taking the car in I was informed that it would have to stay overnight and then I was offered a courtesy vehicle with no problem. When my car was ready, it was also washed and spiffed up inside. They also did a diagnostic on it, for which they didn't charge. Noticed that the Coop is peppier since then.
